• All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways, and transactions are subject to their terms and conditions.

3. Event Changes and Cancellations

• Arch Foundation reserves the right to modify event details, including dates, speakers, and session schedules.

• If the event is canceled, you may be eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for technical issues, including failed transactions caused by third-party payment gateways.

• We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from event participation.
