ARCH Foundation is a Section 8 organization that provides customized solutions to companies and foundations to deliver impactful CSR initiatives, leveraging the strengths of diverse stakeholders in the social sector. ARCH is working with leading companies to shape and implement their CSR initiatives and assess the on-ground impact of such initiatives. ARCH works across multiple causes including healthcare, sanitation, education, women's empowerment, skills and livelihoods and financial literacy.

Field Coordinator

  :Thane, Airoli (Navi Mumbai)

Qualification: Graduate/Post- graduate in social work or relevant field. (Science stream is an added advantage not compulsion).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of Project at field level.
  • Coordinate and work with schools covered under the project
  • Developing monthly planning and execution of the activities
  • Timely execution of programmatic activities as received and guided from head office
  • Follow systems and procedures concerning program planning, review and monitoring
  • Undertake regular visits to targeted groups & institutions to monitor, review and extend required guidance and support to staff
  • Any other responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your line manager.

Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Willingness to travel and undertake field travel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Function as a team player
  • Ability to meet the reporting deadlines
  • Ability to organize training and orientation programs for field staff
  • Knowledge of Marathi (compulsion), Hindi & English (preference)
  • Knowledge of MS-Office and data management 
Rs. 16000- 18000 per month plus travel expenses as per travel policy.
